What fragrances do you currently have in stock?

We currently have 31 female fragrances and 20 male fragrances on stock 

Do you have sample or testers available?

Yes we do, customers can either visit our physical distributor shop based in Rocky’s Drift, White River, for testing or can request for samples to be sent via courier. We courier 10 5ml Free samples, which can be chosen from the list of our fragrances. Courier fee is charged at R100 for all orders around South Africa.

Does the courier deliver straight to my door?

Yes, provided that you stay within the parameters that our courier services provider can reach, we do dor deliveries. Deliveries take between 2-4 days depending where you are based in South Africa 

Are your perfumes original/authentic?

All our perfumes are the generic versions of the equivalent perfume.

How long does the fragrence last?

Our perfumes last for 6-8 hours when applied on clothing and last between 4-6 hours when applied on the skin. However, it should be noted that all skin types are different and PH levels are different, this can have an effect on the longevity of the perfume on the skin 

What's the different between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilet

Eau de Parfum

  • Contains the highest concentration of perfume oil, typically between 15% and 20% 
  • Offers a long-lasting scent, often lasting 6-8 hours or more

 

Eau de Toilette 

  • Contains a moderate concentration of perfume oil, usually between 5% and 15% 
  • Provide a lighter scent that lasts for 3-5 hours 
Do you have perfumes for men/women/unisex

Yes, we have male, female and unisex perfumes.

Do you sell travel-sized perfumes?

Yes, we have 30ml perfume bottle sizes, which are the perfect size for perfect.

Do you sell lotions that match the perfume?

Yes, we sell lotions that match our perfumes. However we only have 3 lotions for males, 3 lotions for females.

How do I place an order?

What paayment methods do you accept?

We ONLY accept the following payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer 
2. Cash on delivery (if it is a collection order)
3. Card payments (through our online store)

How much is the shipping/delivery fee?

Via Paxi (PEP STORE)  – R60/ delivery takes 7-9 working days 

Via courier Guy (PUDO) – R100 for small packages – delivery takes 2-3 working days, straight to your door. Please take note PUDO deliveries will vary in price according to the size of the packaage 

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes we do, customers will be notified via Sms and WhatsApp of any promotions or discounts that are available.

Is my payment information secured?

Yes, our online sore payment system is fully secured.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Paxi Orders – R60 option (7-9 working days)

Courier Guy (PUDO) – R100 option (2-3 working days)

Where do you deliver to?

South Africa (nationwide), Swaziland (Mbabane and Manzini), Mozambique (Maputo)

Can I track my orders

Yes you can, you will receive a notification from us on WhatsApp with your waybill number that can be used for tracking.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Should an order arrived damaged, it should be returned to us within 7 working days. Another order will then be dispatched, upon request, a full refund will be given back to the customer.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately not, once the order has been taken and a waybill number has been sent, no changes can be made to the delivery address

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, physical orders can be picked up at our Distributor Pick Up Shop located in Rocky’s Drift, White River, Mpumalanga.

Returns & Refunds:

How do I return a product?

Returned products should be in the original packaging they were brought in and be returned within 7 working days from date of purchase. 

Can I exchange a perfume if I dont like the scent?

Yes you can, provided that the perfume is still full and the packaging is not damaged.

How long does it take to process a refund?

All refunds take 7 working days

Yes we can, we offer personalised recommendations

Yes we do, we are a manufacturing and wholesaler.
