Compensation Plan
PSD’s compensation plan rewards hardworking and diligent distributors. Our network marketing strategy is unique and offers our distributors means to subsidize their income and be financially independent.
Ways to Earn with PSD
Our distributors buy our products at wholesale prices and resell to their customers at our recommended retail prices. Members are given the choice to sell at the suggested retail prices or to determine their own pricing.
Distributors will receive once off cash pay- outs which are based on their performance and recruitment efforts. Cash pay outs are paid according to the distributor level.
Distributors who reach Platinum level within the first 12 months of joining are rewarded with an all paid for 4 night MSC Cruise Trip Leaving from Durban to Pomene, Mozambique.
Distributors who reach Diamond level within the first 12 months of joining are rewarded with an all paid for 3 night MSC Cruise Trip Leaving from Durban to The Portuguese Island (Inhaca Archipelago), Mozambique.
Distributors who reach Gold level within the first 12 months of joining are rewarded with an all paid for weekend away at a 3-star hotel within South Africa, Swaziland or Mozambique.
Distributors who reach Silver level within the first 12 months of joining are rewarded with a grocery voucher of R3 000-00 to shop at any Makro within South Africa, and at any Pick n Pay in Swaziland and Mozambique.
Distributors who reach Bronze level within the first 12 months of joining are rewarded with a grocery voucher of R 2 000-00 to shop at any Makro within South Africa and at any Pick n Pay in Swaziland and Mozambique.
To reward hard working distributors, PSD gives cash-pay outs to top performing members. Annual cash pay-outs are based on the performance of distributors in terms of both their personal and group sales
Distributor Levels
Please note: once a distributor reaches a level, they cannot be demoted.
- Need to have made personal orders over R7000-00
- Recruited 10 members and above under their distributor code
- Made group sales of over R14 000-00
- Receives a once off cash payout of R1050-00 upon reaching level.
- Need to have made personal orders over R 14 000-00
- Recruited 20 members and above under their distributor code
- Made group sales of over R28 000-00
- Receives a once off cash payout of R2100-00 upon reaching level
- Need to have made personal orders over R 28 000-00
- Recruited 30 members and above under their distributor code
- Made group sales of over R56 000-00
- Receives a once of cash payout of R 4200-00 upon reaching level
- Need to have made personal orders over R56 000-00
- Recruited 40 members and above under their distributor code
- Made group sales of over R112 000-00
- Receives a once of cash payout of R 8 400-00 upon reaching level
- Need to have made personal orders over R 112 000-00
- Recruited 50 members and above under their distributor code
- Made group sales of over R 224 000-00
- Receives a once off cash payout of R16 800-00 upon reaching level.

How to become a PSD Distributor?
Requires no joining fee. All you need to do is purchase the business package of your choice.
Steps to follow to join
- Choose a business package
Choose one of the four PSD business packages. Each business package is uniquely packaged according to the business needs of our distributors. - Complete and submit your registration form on our website or contact us on our WhatsApp line to fill and submit your registration form via WhatsApp. After confirmation that you are registered on our database is sent out, along with your unique distributor member code, orders can be placed via our WhatsApp line or through our website. All proof of payments is to be sent to accounts@psdscent.co.za. Your name and cellphone number should be used when making any deposit.
- Launch your business
Your welcome video and business guide will assist you to launch and grow your business to reach your full potential. All distributors are provided with brochures, order forms, and pictures that can be used on their social media platforms for promotion purposes. Our business packages ensure that our distributors are set on the right path to success.
